Job Description
-Perform comprehensive research to identify potential investment opportunities in bonds and equities.
-Track and evaluate executed transactions to assess their performance and market movements.
-Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients to explore new investment prospects.
-Prepare and refine contractual terms for client negotiations, ensuring they align with financial goals.
-Deliver corporate financial advisory services, covering securities issuance, stock listings, IPOs, business valuation, and M&A activities.
-Take on additional tasks as required to support overall business goals.
Job Requirements
• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, majoring in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Accounting.
• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: At least 05 years of experience for Assistant Manager/Manager or 03 years for Associate in investment banking, equity research, asset management, deal advisory, or related fields, with a strong track record in financial data analysis and assessment.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of economics, finance, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Skills:
• Strong ability to work independently in client acquisition (hunting) and relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
