Job Description
- Lead and manage quality control for electronic finished products, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Oversee and develop quality management systems, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze defect data (Big Data), prepare monthly defect reports (import, process, shipment, sample), and manage Q-COST.
- Handle customer complaints, supplier quality management, business planning, inspections, and tool management, including import/export processes.
- Manage and improve C-processes and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product and service quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in electronic finished product manufacturing.
- Over 10 years of experience in quality management for electronic finished products.
- Strong background in general quality management, including QC, QA, and QM.
- Proven experience in handling customer complaints, supplier quality management, and quality cost control.
- Expertise in process management, continuous improvement, and quality strategy implementation.
- Ability to establish and build quality management systems from scratch.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to travel internationally for business purposes.
