⮚ Description:
• Plan and monitor overall HR strategies in order to achieve the target of business;
• Create the policy, the learning & development strategy in short and long-term needs for staffing, talent management;
• Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Play a key role in developing an organizational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behavior;
• Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process;
• Responsible for the payroll, bonus and benefits for employees;
• Manage all the administrative work;
• Other duties as assigned by the General Director & CEO.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5 years of experience as progressive experience in HR Management in a multinational/manufacturing/garment company.
• Solid track record in Human resources within a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gain
