Job Description

 Strategy & Commercial Development:
o Develop and execute strategic business plans that focus on driving sales, increasing profitability, and optimizing store operations.
o Ensure consistent achievement of performance targets while maintaining operational efficiency.

 Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and addressing concerns swiftly and professionally.
o Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

 Team Leadership:
o Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages both individual and team growth.
o Identify and nurture potential leaders, ensuring the availability of qualified candidates for key roles and a smooth leadership transition.

 Sales Team Training:
o Mentor and provide ongoing coaching to the sales team, delivering constructive feedback to enhance sales performance.
o Conduct training programs to improve customer service skills and sales techniques, ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge.

 Proactive Adaptation:
o Monitor industry trends and anticipate potential operational challenges, implementing effective strategies to address emerging issues.
o Continuously assess and refine operational processes to improve store efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

 Store Environment Maintenance:
o Ensure the store environment aligns with the brand's image and quality standards, creating an atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience.
o Regularly inspect the store layout, cleanliness, and product displays to maintain an inviting and attractive environment.

Job Requirements

 Education: Diploma or above in any discipline, providing a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise relevant to the role.
 Managerial Experience: At least 8 years of managerial experience in a retail environment, demonstrating a proven track record in leadership and team management.
 Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of retail operations and industry best practices, with the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
 Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving exceptional results.
 Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
 Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying issues, analyzing complex situations, and developing creative and effective solutions to challenges.
 Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English, facilitating seamless communication in a bilingual work environment.
 Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred, indicating readiness to contribute to the success of the organization without delay.
