Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and meet sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, building long-term business relationships.
- Provide expert advice and information on machinery, industrial equipment, and tools.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and market trends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales (On-site) or Marketing, preferably in the trade of machinery, industrial equipment, or industrial tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
