Job Description

1. Internal System Management
• Develop the company’s organizational structure in line with long-term strategic goals.
• Define departmental roles and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overseeing departmental activities.
• Implement a system of regulations, processes, and monitor employee compliance.
• Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on human resource matters, including regulations, rewards, discipline, and labor relations.
• Work with Department Managers to set KPIs for all team members, monitor performance, and conduct quarterly evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Recognize high-performing employees and departments, and make necessary adjustments.

2. Building and Developing Labor Resources
a) HR Strategy Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives at each stage of growth.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, estimate HR needs, and manage the HR budget.
b) Recruitment
• Manage and streamline recruitment processes, planning, and criteria.
• Lead recruitment efforts to meet both short-term and long-term human resource requirements.
c) Training and Development
• Collaborate with leadership to create Personal Development Plans for all team members, identifying relevant training programs and courses.
• Work with Department Managers to track team progress and assess development needs through self-assessments, peer feedback, and performance reviews.
• Design training programs that meet both short-term and long-term development goals.

3. Salary, Bonus, and Policy System Management
• Develop and implement a long-term salary, bonus, and welfare system based on employee performance.
• Create and manage policies and regulations for HR-related activities.
• Oversee the company’s budgeting process, ensuring financial alignment, and recommend actions for cost optimization.

4. Company Culture Development
• Design and implement internal programs and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.

5. Administrative Management
• Create and enforce administrative management policies.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of company assets and equipment.
• Monitor and manage the company’s IT system.
• Ensure the efficient handling of periodic and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Work Experience
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
• Preference for experience in Import-Export companies.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
