Job Description
- Develop, implement, and optimize welding processes (MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding, etc.).
- Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor welding quality, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure weldability of new products.
- Support troubleshooting of welding-related issues on production lines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AWS, ISO, etc.) and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on welding techniques.
- Work with suppliers to evaluate and implement new welding materials and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in welding process development and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Spot Welding, Resistance Welding, etc.).
- Experience with welding equipment, fixtures, and automation.
- Familiarity with welding standards (AWS, ISO 3834, ASME, etc.).
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing process tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with process troubleshooting.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate in English for daily work.
