Job Description
Maintain current customer relationships (Export: US, EU), including processing quotations, orders, shipping, payment tracking, and related tasks.
Develop new customers (Export: US, EU / Domestic: VN), handling quotations, orders, shipping, payment tracking, and other related responsibilities.
Regularly conduct performance reviews with supervisors and report work progress via virtual meetings or in-person discussions.
Maintain customer satisfaction after-sales by handling complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring trust in the company and its products.
Assist the sales manager in developing overseas clients and maintaining communication with existing clients.
Plan, prepare for, and participate in domestic and international exhibitions.
Work directly on B2B sales channels for both domestic and international markets.
Participate in business travel for domestic and international markets as required.
Job Requirements
Job Skills:
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and Vietnamese.
Knowledge of international trade and regulations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in Office software applications like Excel and Word.
Expectations:
First 6 months: Learn the company’s processes for maintaining current customers under supervisor guidance.
6-12 months: Independently handle all necessary sales activities, seeking supervisor advice when needed.
After 1 year: Begin developing new customers for both international and domestic (Vietnam) markets.
Work Location:
Working from home is acceptable for the first 6 months, but visiting the factory is preferred.
Must be available to come to the factory upon request.
