SRE Senior/lead

We are seeking a skilled DevOps (SRE) senior engineer/ lead to join our expanding team. This role focuses on managing infrastructure, database servers, scalability, and security. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and maintainability while working closely with other team members across various infrastructure layers. A strong commitment to collaboration, thoughtful design, and delivering high-quality solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain development tools and infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD, etc.).
- Understand stakeholder requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team.
- Automate and optimize development, deployment, and release workflows.
- Review, test, and analyze code to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Strengthen system security and protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Monitor and enhance system performance and reliability.
- Identify technical challenges and implement updates or patches to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure adherence to best practices and project goals.
- Contribute to project planning and decision-making processes.
