As the Training Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on image processing, editing including video-related content. Your role ensures the training team operates efficiently, continuously improves skills, and contributes to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Management & Enhancement
- Oversee and refine both online and offline training platforms.
- Supervise and optimize the Online System and other learning tools.
- Manage the development, storage, and security of training resources.
- Continuously enhance training materials for better effectiveness.
- Plan and regulate the capacity of training systems to meet company needs.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain training excellence.
2. Team Leadership & Growth
- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
- Assign, monitor, and oversee team tasks.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on team members' performance.
- Inspire and support the team to achieve higher efficiency and productivity.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze training data to gain meaningful insights.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data-driven evaluations.
4. Policy & Workflow Optimization
- Develop, refine, and update training policies, operational workflows, and interdepartmental procedures.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Support and guide new team members during their onboarding process.
- Take on additional assignments as needed to support training initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in leading training teams, particularly with a focus on Photoshop.
